Stunned at the level of customer service provided to us!! Im an out of town 1st time customer. Our flowers were delivered to the hospital timely as requested. However the patient never received them. The next day, upon learning the pt had never received them and had been discharged, the owner helped me track them down, picked them up from the hospital and delivered them to the home of my friend, 35 mins one way.
