repor with employees is awful. attempted to get my w2 from them 3 separate times but was met with silence, then aggression and manipulation trying to blame me for them not following through. She accused me of changing my address and not telling them. she also stated that it was sent via email as well but when I asked for the email address the w2 should have come from she quickly attempted to shut down and deflect. there are no records of this w2 not even within thier online records via quick books. DO NOT RECOMMEND! No show, no reason. Scheduled ten days of care support for my 92 year old Mom so she could visit me. The day before her arrival I confirmed with the helper and was told all was well. So I picked up my Mom. The helper was scheduled for 8am the next morning. At 745am I received a text saying no one would be coming!!! No explanation was given. All my texts and calls were ignored. Never heard from them again.
