Most importantly, Dr. Beloud always assessed the whole person. If my back was especially tight, he would recommend massage and meditation. He is also a certified hypnotherapist; i asked him to help me reduce my sugar intake, . He made a post-hypnoyic suggestion that i would dislike the taste of refined sugar; I avoided sugar --cookies, candy, cake, sodas, for 3 months!
