Our family rented a property from Valerie & Norman Scott Belott. During the 3 to 4th month, the well broke. We had to evacuate the property due to their negligence to remedy the problem. We won a lawsuit through the Mechanicville courts. Soon after they filed for bankruptcy. After over 7 yrs they have repaid less than a $1000 out of the $4700 judgement.
