The worst builder to do any work for. They hold on to payments just so they can bankroll it onto other projects. Seems like going back to remove the work completed is the only solution.
Where to begin…. It’s been over 2 years of me calling Tony from Belot, daily to fix the mile long list of outstanding defects on my brand new build. After 2 years you’d think there’s plenty of time to organise someone but no. This week he told me to never call or message him again and then blocked my number. I took matters into my own hands today and hired a builder to fix the defects. Appalling service and an even more appalling build
Was unfortunate enough to live in a poorly built apartment by Belot for about 18 months. Whats worse than the quality of the building is Belot's complete lack of responsiveness to have defects remedied.
Have the unfortunate experience of trying to build a property adjacent to one of their developments, and they have been nothing but difficult and uncooperative with our builder
