Mici is the best! She’s taken care of me and my two girls every single time and we love her!
I had my first ever head spa treatment with Mici Birch and it was everything I needed! She explained everything prior and made me feel super comfortable. The scalp treatment lasted about an hour and to top it off you get to enjoy a massage bed the entire time! I will definitely book this service again. Highly recommend Mici for any service she offers.

5 stars for Mici! I always have a great experience with Mici. She is talented and does a great job helping me figure out what I want. She is also personable and easy to chat with. She makes the experience relaxing and easy and I always leave with a fresh cut that gets compliments from everyone!
Today was my first time in BeLong and the space was lovely..but the people were even better! Mici was very sweet and answered all my questions thoroughly. She placed me in a massage chair while I processed which was an unexpectedly pleasant add on. All in all, my keratin treatment went very smoothly *pun intended* and I will be back!
