My husband and I were absolutely impressed by Dr. Townshend! Not only did she listen to us and let us voice our concerns she was extremely patient and kind with our toddler! I actually felt heard and felt like she cared! We didnt feel rushed or dismissed in any way. She explained everything well and took her time with us. Highly recommend her for your Littles or even yourself.

A basic eye exam without a prescription for contacts is and I quote, "$300-$400 depending on how long it takes".
Dr. Townshend recently did my cataract surgery. She was done before I had a chance to wonder if I was going to feel anything. She was wonderfully smooth and steady. Very reassuring. This is not my first interaction with this doctor. She has repaired my diabetic retinopathy problems in years past. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Alice Townshend to anyone who needs the services of an ophthalmologist.
