Hats off to Belmont Wheel Works. I've been looking for a good to shop for all my cycling needs. Gary Wood and Ed Sassler both went above and beyond to get me fitted, equipped and cycling more effectively and efficiently. A+ to Belmont Wheel Works, Gary and Ed.
True and just happened story. Bicycling in Watertown when the rear wheel tire tube blows. Call Belmont wheelworks in a panic, since i'm about to leave on vacation. "What's the turnaround time to get my bike fixed?" i ask, ready to whine and beg for quicker service. "Eleven minutes," says Michael. so my lovely spouse rescues me and my wounded ride in watertown square and we drive to BW. Ten minutes after i arrive the rear tire is fixed. And the price was reasonable, too. Thank you Michael and the rest of the BW team.
I've been a customer here since the early days when it was a small shop back in the early 80's. My experience here has always been very good. From my experience over those years I have come to the conclusion that it's the best shop with the most knowledgeable staff over that time period in all of The Northeastern United States, and quite possibly the country. Thanks for everything.
Belmont wheel works super efficient. the tire made my race a success and finished 4th overall and 1st in age group!
