Terrible experience with the nursing staff at this specific location. I work at a doctors office and the faxes we receive from them are completely unprofessional. How can aggressive people like this help elderly people? I will never have anyone I know stay here. Do better.
Excelente servicio
My mother spent the last 2 1/2 months of her life at Belmont in the Memory Care Unit. Belmont is a great facility and the staff are amazing. (I don’t know where they get all their energy because the Memory Care Unit has VERY dependent individuals in it.) The staff took care of my mother in an excellent manner and they coordinated well with the Hospice Care agency that visited my mother. I can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience we had with Belmont during very trying times. Highly recommended!
