I moved here from NYC in July and have had nothing but a positive, accommodating and warm experience with everyone who lives here and works here. Maintenance is SUPURB!! Management downstairs has a heavy work load but is kind and generous with their time and expertise. This building is a home in the middle of Belmont. The apartments are massive, beautifully renovated and management is constantly updating the building to make it better for the residents who live there. I can honestly say that I love it here.
Management is pathetic in treating new customers trying to rent an apartment. I will be surprised if the residents are accommodated/requests taken care appropriately.
