Worst company ever. They seem to be trying to get rid of all humans and have everything run through their website. Which doesn't work for me. Crystal Rock stopped answering their customer help lines. Waited for hours on hold with awful, repetitive announcements so you can't do something else while waiting. Email? No, they don't respond to that either.
Reliable delivery, ok price, good product.
Had a delivery schedule for Friday and checked it's status and it was on its way but never came. Trying to get a hold of customer service was so frustrating. Definitely not worth the money.
I enrolled in this service about 6 months ago. I have had missed deliveries. No reply to emails. Not sure what I am paying for. I try to speak to supervisor but apparently there is no such thing. I just paid 50.00 for services and had yet another missed delivery last Friday. Maybe someone will see this so they can understand how frustrating it is not to have clear communication. Beware this company is not about customer service. Maybe if they reached out and explained things I wouldn’t be writing this.
