This company has gulped up many of the other water delivery companies . . . at the expense of customer service. Stay far away! PRIMO makes you jump through hoops to even close your account. Billing is a huge issue, and trying to get someone to answer your calls is nigh impossible. Then when they do, they lie.
Consistently screw up deliveries and dates, impossible to reach to resolve problems. Erratic billing procedures. The gang that can’t shoot straight.
We've been waiting over a month for our delivery service (not to mention this is the hottest week of the year) and have 9 empty bottles that have not been picked up. This company canceled our last service without notifying us and it's impossible reach customer service (plus the chat bot on Primo's website doesn't work). Do not use this water service.
Does not deliver as promised. Consistently reschedules delivery
