You couldn't not ask for a better company to work with. Tyler is the perfect balance of down to earth, understanding and professional. In the 4 years I rented from them Tyler was always available to speak with and promptly addressed any concerns or problems that came up. Belmont Shore Land Company is amazing and family freindly company. I have been there tenant for over 15 years and they have treated me like family when I go to there office for visit to drop of my rent payment. Throughout the years, on any major issues at my unit, they would promptly taken care of any problem as quickly as possible and they check to make sure it was done correctly. These people represent slum lords. They are cheap and do not abide by California state law regulations in building codes.
