Outdated and rude. In the age where many banking services can be done online, a simple task like change of address needs to be done in person at a branch or notarized and mailed back. Service was also rude. False promises (more than once) that got me to wait for days for nothing. And representatives are rude (got yelled at over the phone).
Avoid at all costs. I have my mortgage through Belmont Savings, and set up automatic payments two years ago. Their system recently failed to process my automatic payment (again, two years into our mortgage relationship) and they fined me $266. No wave of fee despite it being their mistake, then when I tried to make the payment over the phone or online they had no ability to do that, so I had to mail in a check. I love BSB - Small and Local is always the way to go! Even though they are small, they still offer modern conveniences I need like mobile deposit and bill pay through their app. The team inside Star Market are so nice and personable - Love that they know me and say hello even when I'm just grocery shopping!
