They will try to steal your deposit - no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They make up excuses to cover their turnover cost. I do not recommend unless you want to be lied to and loose your money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If you move here consider your deposit gone. Management came up with all sorts of ridiculous charges including an over $400 cleaning charge so that they wouldn’t have to repay most of my deposit. We left the apartment perfectly clean and even took pictures to prove it. At 800 square feet, I don’t see how it’s even possible to spend the 12 hours they claim they did to clean it.
