My mom been leaving here for 3 yrs now. The lady in the office, Sylvia not friendly at all always has an attitude. Ask them to fix something take for ever, problem with the locks still have them change it. Do residents meetings for nothing. Changing lobby & patio furniture(luxury) so they can keep increasing rents. Although the locks should be more important because is security for the residents specially if they leave by themselves and don't have a family member with them 24/7 .
