Moved here from Twin Oaks Apartments at 3900 Burneway Dr., Lansing, MI, Eaton County, 48911 U.S.A., to the Ventnor Flatz Apartments at 1141 Dorchester Circle, Lansing, MI, Ingham County, 48910 U.S.A.. So far, it's been a reasonable experience. I had a one (1) bedroom at Twin Oaks Apartments, and this new apartment at Ventnor Flatz is also a one (1) bedroom. Poor Poor communication patch work fixes my place was broken into once before bec of broken door a year later I'm still asking to get same door fixed building heat so High makes apartment 90° when it's 70 out on top rent raised over 900 for this Poor kept place
If I would have known of the amount of the violet domestic disputes I would not have ever rented here. I know it's going to be hard for you to calm the violence, butt a significant reduced in rent might make it worth my while to stay here for a while. I'm afraid we're going to probably go through the court of law to relieve me of my 12-month leave. This is a battle that I'm willing to take on.
