My mother was sent to the Madison Health and Rehab Center at 110 Belmont Rd Madison on friday Jan 16th 2026 From the Meriter Hospital at 202 S Park St, Madison. They put her in a room which had no heating and the washroom was shared with 2 rooms.They did not give her the Pregabalin medication stating that they don'thave it and they are trying to get it soon. While the staff are friendly I'm not sure anyone communicates. Between all the staff working with my mom no one recognized a problem and it almost killed her. I would never let any family member go here again.
Many friendly, caring, and kind staff personnel. Much improvement over the year I have stayed here.
