Many friendly, caring, and kind staff personnel. Much improvement over the year I have stayed here.
There is something to be said when you walk into a community and see smiles and hear laughter. This is what I experience every time I come to Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center.
I stayed here in September 2023 and did not have a great experience. I stayed again from the beginning of September to today, and it has drastically improved. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The food was nice and much better than last time, even better than where I live. I'm actually going to really miss this place and the people here. I even asked if I could stay longer. Some of my clothes were lost in laundry but the facility made so much effort to find and replace it, the stuff they couldn't replace, they purcha... read more
