I had went to go fill out an application back in May I was told everything looked good but they would have to go ahead and collect the application fee and then I was next in line for the next available unit. Didn’t hear anything from them come July 1 I ended up calling them. Just to find out nobody knew what I was talking about I was told 3 or 4 different story. This was the worst living experience of my life. The managers were horrible. They acted like they are better than the residents, being outright rude and disrespectful, and even used intimidation tactics and lies to get more money out of the tenants. The contract also has draconic and illegal clauses in it in small print that a tenant might not notice in order to screw them out of money in the long run.
