Do your best to avoid these guys. Made a call on Friday to get a price on a piece of equipment and wanted to think it over on the weekend, call on Monday to make the purchase and they decide that they want to raise the price $2,000 because "they are getting lots of calls on them." How greedy can you possibly be? If they cant honor their word on something as simple as a price I could only imagine how they would be down the road if there was an issue, this is a greedy, dishonest business run by dishonest people. Great people. Great assortment of quality used machines.
I source parts for an Engineering & Manufacturing Co. and BMC has been amazing in getting us the hard to find gears we needed to get our old Giddings & Lewis Boring Mill back up and running. Called Matt in the morning and he had the gears we needed to us the very next morning (this happened twice).
