Great customer service. Got a bracelet from here that broke within two months as it was hollow gold, the staff replaced it with solid gold and gave us a good discount. I’d shop from Belmont Jewelers again!

I was searching for a 10mm thick 26” long 10K rope chain. I messaged Ali and he text me we spoke negotiated a price. I was a bit scared at first so I drive from Oklahoma to Dallas to see this chain in person. I had $10,000 cash. He met me at the jewelry store Inside the mall. He texted the chain and it was 100% 10K gold. I paid he gave me a receipt. I came back to Oklahoma took it to a pawn shop and got the rope chain tested again and it was gold.
