I bought a silver chain from and within months the shine is gone and started changing colors. They offer lifetime free cleanings but it only made it worse they then offered a better cleaning but I’d need to pay for it. I’ll be getting the necklace tested if it’s silver it’s low grade at best.
Great customer service. Got a bracelet from here that broke within two months as it was hollow gold, the staff replaced it with solid gold and gave us a good discount. I’d shop from Belmont Jewelers again!

I was searching for a 10mm thick 26” long 10K rope chain. I messaged Ali and he text me we spoke negotiated a price. I was a bit scared at first so I drive from Oklahoma to Dallas to see this chain in person. I had $10,000 cash. He met me at the jewelry store Inside the mall.
