One of the worst places to get jewelry and some of the worst customer service if I could give them a zero I would the ring has been repaired 8 times and still have to come back

Bought two Rolex watches from them a years ago They promised to give an appraisal they did not. I got both watches checked by multiple professionals, came out both bracelets were aftermarket and dials were fakes. And one of the watches have serial number completely scratched off and the watch had been glued together. They are crooks. Scamming people in Plano. Thinking they will get away with it.
Excellent service. Have bought two watches from them and plan on buying more. These guys are always helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could, I recommend them to anyone!
