Got a reasonable quote, had my car towed here for a new water pump 12/15/25. It’s now 1/16/26 and they still haven’t touched it. I’ve called numerous times and have been given the excuse “I’ve been in the middle of something but will start it next ___”. Multiple times I was told this. You cannot tell me they have had cars there longer than mine.
