My grandmother recently received end of life care from Belmont Hospice. She had a massive pulmonary embolism that we were not aware about. She was extremely uncomfortable and my family knew that it was time. I called Belmont hospice and the doctor came to assessed and diagnose at our home within 2 hours. He called the hospice company right away and told them to please follow the orders as soon as possible.
