My salesperson was Honorina. She was very easy to work with. She had a very good grasp of the inventory, finishes, quality, prices, and availability. She was also patient which was nice. They got so many bathtubs and shiny knobs on the walls, I wanna pulls them all. I picked up a Hamat kitchen faucet, though, after I got tired of all the pullin. A great location to shop if you're looking for serious home upgrades or a PLETHORA of knobs.
We had a very nice time at Belmont Hardware. We initially went to Home Depot, looking for Hardware to change the look of the kitchen and dining area cabinetry. At HD, we found nothing, or a very small selection. At Belmont, the selection was enormous. They normally work with contractors and have a showroom for the public. My wife worked with Cynthia, and after a slow start, was able to see enough to where she found exactly what she wanted (my wife is the main decorator). Everyone has been very helpful but Liz is the best! Liz and my wife Cristina worked closely to identify, order and deliver everything we needed to get our Owners Restroom Renovation using Kohler’s Castia by Stuido McGee hardware. Our son Charlie loved the snacks and hot coco in the show room, we will be back for our Guest Restroom & Entry Door Hardware. Thanks Liz for your outstanding customer service.
