Feral cats aside, and please, don’t get me wrong, I love cats, and I hate rats, so I’m all in on the feral colony between the pool and whatever that gravel pit thing across the highway to heck is, so ferals aside, this is without question the most green, liberal, accommodating HOA in Northern Virginia.
