Jody and his team did excellent work in our 100 year old home, replacing termite-damaged oak with new "old style thin slats"; they laid the old in with the new, which left a beautiful floor. They are very responsive to any questions/concerns and returned soon if there were any issues
You may be fine to use Belmont Flooring Center if you have a flexible schedule and oak hardwood floors. However during my recent kitchen remodel that included refinishing pine floors, I had a very poor experience that leaves me questioning Jody Flower's integrity. Jody and crew just finished replacing five different floor types on our main level with beautiful red oak throughout. I can say that the process was wonderful from start to finish. They finished earlier than projected and the quality is top notch. His crews were very professional and considerate of our needs since we basically had to vacate the house for a short time.
