Very efficient, clean, and 1st. class equipment. Personell are very knowledgeble and extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are very fair. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate it 10 .

My only complaint with BD is, and has been, the way you handle Care Credit. If you use any other credit card, you get the senior citizen discount. If you use Care Credit, which you encourage, you don't. Ther is no logical explanation why you punish the seniors for using care credit. Maybe you stopped giving this discount b/c it wasn't even mentioned on this visit. Otherwise, no complaints and good dental service.
