Didn't even wipe down bathroom mirrors, floors and window sills were still dusty, oven racks were still greasy, and when I ask them to wipe down the pantry cupboard again because I could still rub sticky residue off with my fingers, the cleaner said he already tried his best and walks out the door! - I COULD TAKE IT OFF WITH MY INDEX FINGER!
