Asked for a size 11 in shoe, they said they only had a size 10 and it would fit. It fit when trying the shoe on in the store. Tried wearing them outside and couldn't even bear it. Tried to go back the next day and ask for a bigger size. They were in no way accommodating. You can get better salesman at your local Payless. NEVER SHOP HERE
They carry a lot of cool stuff but tend to be overpriced
