Quality Garbage at Best :) Better places for a little bit more, but with more to offer. I'm not innocent of not making noise, far from it, but my upstairs and downstairs neighbors must be old a** grannies/grandpas because they have the highest and longest sticks in their as***. Don't rent here if you're a student because you will not enjoy constant aggressive knocking and other annoyances for the tiniest micro level of noise.
