A Fair Deal From the moment we applied to move in to the Belmont Apartments, the management has been friendly, helpful, and all around excellent. We did have some issues with both our plumbing and air conditioning early on, and in both cases, management was happy to send maintenance as soon as possible with no issues, and both times the problems were fixed and have stayed fixed. Belmont Apartments Belmont Apartments are less than a mile from the Pittsburg police station and less than a block from an elementary school. The second floor apartments have vaulted ceilings. Some two bedroom apartments have fireplaces. The landscaping is mature and clean. There is a pool and several laundry rooms. The apartments are spacious and the management is very efficient, proffessional and friendly.
