Posting specifically about Phil and Jason who did a phenomenal job at the concierge front desk. Both should be commended for their professionalism and work ethic along with their eagerness to be helpful. These 5 stars are for them!
I loved living here. The apartments are very nice and also charming, and I appreciated my view of the lake. It also had a sneaky amount of space. The location is great, right by the lake, an easy walk to broadway, and right by a few bus routes. The concierge was always nice and welcoming, and they would organize intramural sports teams and other events to help meet your neighbors.
I had an excellent experience working with Riley during my apartment search and lease process. From the start, Riley was incredibly helpful, guiding me through virtual tours of the apartments and answering all of my questions. He was always prompt in responding to my calls and messages, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Riley was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the tour of the building and apartments. He answered all of our questions and instilled a lot of confidence in our decision making!
