I just moved into a unit here and the entire team has been super helpful and kind! Particularly Tiffany who toured many of the units with me and was always available to answer all my questions!
I lived at The Belmont for 6 years in 3 different units. The Belmont had an amazing maintenance staff led by Rene who were always timely and thorough in our requests. The maintenance team had a multipurpose skillset that enabled them to solve problems and prevent issues while working tirelessly to maintain a 100 year old building. Truly the best. The entire concierge team always greeted guests with a warm smile and made me feel safe and at home as soon as I got my keys.
I really can’t say enough positive things about Tiffany who showed me the building (with multiple units, on multiple days!). Every one of my (many) questions were answered promptly and if it was something she did not have the answer to she immediately followed up with someone who should have the answer. I loved the idea of the building before seeing it and Tiffany really helped “sell” me on it. Moved into the Belmont about a month ago and it could not have been an easier process! They replaced our countertops and replaced all the carpets throughout days leading up to our move-in. The building and staff are all great! So glad we chose the Belmont as our new home.
