Lived here for 3 years, overall great experience. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, Milo was prompt in response and follow through and made sure to follow up, true professional!
We were staying in the medical crisis unit. When we moved in the place was filthy. Told the office on several occasions about ants . They never resolved this issue . The air conditioning went out several times. Don the maintenance guy told us to answer our phones. We had huge rats . They put in these huge rat traps and caught two huge rats that we had to dispose of. Roaches were included too. We also had mold in the apartment that contaminated my personal belongings.
