Moved in a couple months ago. The movement process went quick and with ease. KJ was on top of everything from starting to finish. A few minor items needed to be fixed- emailed KJ and first thing the following morning it was fixed- that fast. The property uses smart technology, so you’re able to even when maintenance comes in and goes out on your cell phone.
One of the best things about living here is having Milo handle maintenance. He's personable, communicative, capable, efficient, and always willing to help. I've never had such a worry-free experience renting an apartment, and it's thanks to him!
Milo was AWESOME in taking care of my maintenance request. He took care of things quickly, and was both patient and knowledgeable with other questions/concerns I had. I am very happy with the way everything was resolved and feel good knowing that he will be there for any future maintenance needs I may have.
Camilo was amazing getting our A/C back up and running literally within MINUTES of filing my maintenance request- in the middle of the night! My first request in almost a year of living here, and it was all because I was careless with my air filter. Can't even blame the property! Between management and the friendliest maintenance staff, this is the best complex I've lived in by far. Thank you again, Milo.
Beautiful apartments, friendly maintenance, nice pool and dog park, but the termites that showed up a month ago is problematic. There's nothing that can be done because its all wood.
