Belmark es el peor apartamento donde he vivido desde el primer mes no dejaban de molestar las manayers y cuando uno deja el apartamento ellos cobran muchas cosas ellos nos lo entregaron no muy limpio y con muchos defectos. hoyos en las paredes, saquen fotos si rentan con ellos y ahorren por qué pagarán 2 meses más de renta más su depósito cuando se mueban ellos son muy abusivos cobran muchos cargos aparte de que cobran muchas horas para su personal de mantenimiento disen que lo barato sale caro y pues si es verdad .

Great company to work for. The owners seem to care about their employees and tenants. I was constantly kept busy with work orders usually right after they were submitted. I've even been asked to help tenants move stuff despite that obviously not being in the job description. Because I felt like a valued employee, I was happy to help. I regret leaving this company to move out of state but Washington has gotten incredibly expensive.

I have lived in a nice Belmark managed apartment for several years and I have no regrets. They are professional and during the Pandemic they worked with people who had no money and couldn't pay rent! They keep up on the landscape and fix the little things if they know about them. I would recommend living at a Belmark managed apartment. Exceptional staff.

Extremely disrespectful company with lots of corners cut! Enter your living space without permission or heads up. Allow drug deals and shootings to happen on their properties. No property maintenance at all. Rent increases but the value of Belmark continues to “tank”. Very rude and unnecessary emails threatening tenants.
