We ordered a large quantity of resealable gusset pouches from Belmark, they shipped to us and all seemed well. After a few months of sending the product out to customers, we started getting complaints about zippers ripping. We then started testing them ourselves and saw that a large percentage of the zippers were ripping. We contacted Belmark, sent them images, product reviews, and some of the damaged bags, and they assured us they would come up with a resolution.
