If I could give zero stars I would. They never wanted to fix ANYTHING and would charge $100 for each maintenance request. This company is the textbook definition of the “landlord special”
Worst company ever especially Mary she is very rude she rushed everything and basically forced me to sign a lease with out even going over it we received the lease the day after we moved in she has told countless lies since the day we moved in they do not take care of there property at all the electrical work is very dangerous the kitchen sink didn't work for almost 3 weeks after moving in we called and finally got a response and the maintenance man sent us video from YouTube to fix it ourselves and we refused so he came out... read more
We have been renting a house managed belmares properties for 2 years and they have been excellent. They communicate well and we’ve never had any issues. We’re getting ready to rent our second property managed by them.
Do not recommend this company to nobody !! Currently a tenant and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with .. currently working on getting a lawyer and take things to matter !!! To top off their house had no a/c and no isolation until they sent someone to install, I tried to find a decent place for my mom and kids and wife due to me living in Austin never thought I would encounter these problems with it’s too much to even write on here sense day 1! RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!!!
Their website lists an office address so i went and their office location is closed they only do buisness virtual and only has 1 number to contact them and they barely even answer or return your calls back. i think any buisness should have an office location. all their applications are online only and they won’t even look at your application until you send the deposit plus application fee without even getting your application approved first or even looked at !!! i’m dumbfounded by this…i wasn’t comfortable sending over $1000... read more
