We have used Belmares Properties for over 10 years. They managed multiple properties for us in the San antonio area. They are knowledgeable about the market. They let us know if there’s anything going on with maintenance or general concerns. We highly recommend them to anyone who has properties they need managed.
Not what I was expecting compared to all the other real estate companies I've dealt with previously. Not very ethical nor thorough.
If I could give zero stars I would. They never wanted to fix ANYTHING and would charge $100 for each maintenance request. This company is the textbook definition of the “landlord special”
