The 1st visit with her and her staff was great - about 3 years ago. Very friendly, efficient, patient, very happy with my visit. The 2nd visit about 6 months ago was awful. New front desk person was terrible - rude, acted like she really hates her job. Also, Dr. Rokosz was rude, seemed annoyed by my questions. I was so disappointed that it went from great to awful. I will not go back and do not recommend her or her office at all.
