I was treated with extreme disrespect by Dr. Lanzini at my visit and I hope others don't experience the same. I came to follow up about long-term side-effects from a treatment one of her assistants recommended (Accutane/Isotretinoin) -- the physician was not present during that earlier consultation. Upon a subsequent visit (not this one), I was told by another assistant over the phone that those side-effects were normal (which statistically they are). Bad experience. The doctor is not thorough. Doesn’t even look at the spot of concern herself. Had a colleague take a picture then magnified it so the point of it being blurry and said look it’s round.. no it is not and that was it. Didn’t use a dermatoscope - didn’t even look at the spot with her own eyes. When I called to explain I’m concerned and want a biopsy & that it’s changing. Modern, clean, and beautiful clinic. Excellent attendance, and even better doctors.
Dr. Lanzini and Dr. Brown are amazing very kind, helpful, and completely light handed. I didn't feel much pain at all during my visit. The medical administrator who booked my appointment was great, and having convenient, available parking right at the clinic made the whole process great
