Terrible experience this last refill. Unacceptable as I specifically started my refill on DECEMBER 18 (early enough as to not run out of medication) and here we are on January 5th and NOTHING. it has taken them more than 3 weeks to process. I got reasons that they needed a new refill (ok that’s fine), then they r working on it, then they are on holiday hours, then weather issues and then they needed a new refill… u name it. I originally got my medication through the women’s international pharmacy where it was porcine thyroid with oil. Once Belmar took over and made a solid pill, I do not feel that the medication is working as well as it used to. Customer service re filling orders is good. But there was confusion, back-and-forth with the doctor’s office, and delay because Belmar asked AGAIN why I needed their medication.

I had a situation with my order and I spoke with Omar the owner. He listened and told me he would take care of it and get back to me by the end of the day. None of those things happened. I had to speak to an employee for Omar to send me a return label and after I sent back the unopened packaged I was told it was sent back to the pharmacy but the pharmacy employee old me they never received it which I thought was pretty suspicious.

I started using Belmar pharmacy when they were Women’s International Pharmacy. Since then I have changed doctors twice, recently had to change doctors again. Every time they seen me thru a lot of unnecessary stuff like my menopause systems have changed some how. At this point it’s not worth it. I rather go elsewhere
