Terrible - Avoid Mail-based Rx. from Belmar. They are consistently late in shipping the meds. They will generate the UPS label on time, but not hand it off to UPS until up to a week later. When you call Belmar, they will flat out lie and say they dropped off the shipment "and it just takes time to register in the UPS system." When in fact, they never dropped the shipment off. I have been very pleased with the service I've received at Belmar. The team is always responsive and keeps me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciate. I especially want to recognize Rebecca Hough, who has been exceptionally helpful whenever I've needed assistance. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Sermorelin delivered - left out in the sun, very hot when delivered. When asked, they claimed their studies show “product is stable at room temperature”. Florida afternoon, in June, exposed to the sun, after a day on a delivery truck, is NOT room temperature !!! I am switching to a more credible supplier who sends ice packs….

I’ve been compounding at Belmar Pharmacy since 8/25 and have spoken with Rebecca on several occasions. She has been professional and helpful each time. I highly recommend using Belmar Pharmacy for your compounding needs because their employees are approachable, professional and efficient.
