We lived here during the months of Covid, has the Oregon renters insurance act pay money owed upon move out, (we have proof) and moved out in June when our lease ended… years and years later got a collection from them for something that was completely paid for. The property manager is a drunk, and has been seen multiple times leave the office and go down a street right outside of the neighborhood where “ hard drugs “ are sold. This is the best property I have ever lived at, well maintaned, and very nice grounds. The manager, George, is exemplary of what a property manager should be. Thanks to him, the location and value, this is the place to be. Marco, the maintenance coordinator, can fix anything you didn't know was broken!!!! Well taken care of all the way around!!!!
I lived here for about two years and loved it! A very nice small community with a great park right next to it. George and Marco are so nice, helpful, and caring. The structure is built with minimum noise sharing between apartments and also has great landscaping and very good parking.
I am a tenant here for more than a year... this is one of the best communities I have lived. Really appreciate George(Leasing Manager) and Marco for answering all queries and addressing maintenance requests on time. Friendly & professional.
