I am so picky about my dog, about grooming. Belly Rubs impressed me on my first visit, but now I am blown away. We'd let our senior dog's coat get out of control over the winter because we didn't want to risk her getting a cold after shampoo. Belly Rubs texted me to let me know that Laura'd be a little late for pickup, that after the first wash, her coat was still "greasy." We recently moved and were looking for a new groomer. When I called the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I stopped by the facility a day before Spike's appointment and the facility was clean, open, and everyone was very friendly and professional. Spike was happy and playing when I came to pick him up after his appointment and I couldn't have been happier with his bath/cut. Thank you for making our experience so positive!
I like the online booking. Staff are super nice. Rusty got the best haircut.
We had a great experience. Our rescue dog, Dr. Phil, was greeted when we walked in. He had a great time playing with the other dogs. His fur was soft and smelled so good - like baby powder. Thank you!
