Third time dinning here. Michelin Star 2025. This is one of the best restaurants we have been to in Houston! Amazing food!
My wife and I had high hopes for BOTB, but it felt like it was a little lacking although it might have been due to our high expectations. Atmosphere-wise, it was cozy and intimate, but it didn't feel like anything really stood out. Such a great hidden gem! From the outside you would never know that once you step inside your palate would forever change. The food was absolutely amazing but what made our experience better was the attentive staff. I’ve heard such good things about this place and I’m glad I went. Do yourself a favor and make that reservation!
