Decent BBQ for Folsom, not my first choice in Sac Metro. The BBQ meats have great flavor but I am not a fan of the cook for ribs and brisket. Ribs were most disappointing as they were tough and chewy and almost seemed undercooked. Brisket seemed slightly overcooked and they didnt give me a choice on my selection and gave me majority lean, which I'm not a fan of. Mac was too heavy on the powdered seasonings. Spent $110 on two plates and it was not enough to feed four people. Mediocre BBQ at a high price.
Just excellent. Not many words, this place deserves 10 stars. Quality, flavor and wonderful atmosphere.
