They are good apartments and a good place to live. The only problem is that you can't practically put music in your apartment. The property manager is very attentive but in my case the way she asked me to remove the music is not correct! She didn't even ask me to lower it, but to remove it completely as if one were in prison. The music was not loud and I don't think it really bothered anyone and it was also a Sunday at 2 in the afternoon and a day that one rests. . I have lived at Bellwood for a year and a half. The apartments are very clean, spacious and affordable. The community is diverse, inclusive and neighborly. My neighbors have helped me carry in groceries, rearrange my furniture, jumpstart my car and even surprise me with a plate full of baked goods. The staff here is exceptional. They always answer the phone no matter what time it is. Maintenance responds the same day and any issues are resolved quickly.
