Jamie the manager is really nice and all things that needed repaired she was fast to get it done never had to ask twice . she's easy to talk to . very kind and cares about her tenants . The apartment is so cute, and the neighbors are nice, and very quiet living - no drama. So happy here !!!! Highly recommend renting here
Craig, favors people and allows some to not pay rent while charging others and outrageous fee if even ten seconds late. Never fixes anything.
Rental rates vary per unit per person. You'll pay well over $2-3 per Sq.ft. Without any modern amenities. These are not luxury apartments as their sign says. Management is slow to fix broken furnishings yet quick to increase rent during the pandemic and following months. Rent increased 100% over 3 years. Management never has regular office hours, but will post notices on everyone's door about parking rules or other menial information. If you want internet it's Xfinity or nothing. Everything people are saying about that Craig guy is true. I lived here with my mom back in 2013. A package of mine was sent to the front office, and when I came inside to look for it he screamed at me because he thought that I was trying to steal packages. He treated me like a criminal when I did absolutely nothing wrong and was extremely rude. Also, he was in the back playing video games on his computer so that would explain why he never gets anything done around there. That dude is a freak, I'd stay away.
