Jamie the manager is really nice and all things that needed repaired she was fast to get it done never had to ask twice . she's easy to talk to . very kind and cares about her tenants . The apartment is so cute, and the neighbors are nice, and very quiet living - no drama. So happy here !!!! Highly recommend renting here
Craig, favors people and allows some to not pay rent while charging others and outrageous fee if even ten seconds late. Never fixes anything.
Rental rates vary per unit per person. You'll pay well over $2-3 per Sq.ft. Without any modern amenities. These are not luxury apartments as their sign says. Management is slow to fix broken furnishings yet quick to increase rent during the pandemic and following months. Rent increased 100% over 3 years.
