They did good work on my car however they told a total lie they lead me to believe I had a lifetime warranty it is not true the work they did on my car came undone was pulling out of my normal parking space for 3 and a 1/2 years and the bumper came off Took it back to have it fastened back on and I was told it was not covered in warranty! JUST PLAIN DECEPTION!
If I could give this place no stars I would! Took my car in early morning on May 15 hoping that because I was going where my insurance recommended the process would be a lot quicker. Before I went in I called. The lady that answered was rude and gave me attitude when I asked her if it was okay to take my car in since my insurance was referring me to their shop. I totally recommend Bellwood. Danny was wonderful working with me. My car was in the shop for about a week and he called me three times with updates on the progress. He checked in with me more than Allstate (my insurance company). My car looks better than new. I'm very happy with there work and customer service. They even gave me some "Parting Gifts ". Very Happy Today
Tim Warden and the Bellwood family have taken great care of our family through two unfortunate auto accidents. Living in Orange County, we had several closer choices but chose Bellwood because of their reputation and referral from State Farm insurance. Highly recommend, five stars!
