I love the collaborated effort of solving complex technical issues which creates an environment of learning.
The good news is they didn't require us to sign a long-term contract....and that's about it for the good news. After three service calls, it became clear they DO know how to sell a support contract but they DON'T know how to provide real support. The final straw was having to pay 3 'tech' visits over 3 weeks only to find out our modem was unplugged. REALLY?
