Didn't have what I was looking for and a very high pricey for what they have on site so it's okay
Jim helped us to make our move to Vermont possible. He was very giving with his time, always willing to help us with questions and go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. He knew of creative ways to help our offer win in a multiple offer situation. With tradesmen in high demand, he was able to leverage his extensive local network to get our inspection completed and quotes generated for repairs. He took care of all our needs and things we didn't even know we needed. I really can't recommend Jim enough.
I bought a house in Guilford, VT from Austin, TX. Jim did showings via video call and sent video when reception wasn't good enough for a call. He took real ownership of the whole process and I am sure that I would not own the house if I had a different realtor.
