Don’t rent here ever. This is a terrible place to live management it horrible. The apartment is literally falling apart, and management is horrible. They don’t allow you to back up into your parking spot, your not allowed to put stuff on you balcony, the place isn’t even up to code. They never fix anything. And I signed a year contract May 2020 and I renewed it May 2021 for month to month. They said that that was an option after the year lease so I told them repeatedly that I wanted that.
